Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of job seekers to align them with suitable job roles.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses to create effective employment opportunities.
  • Support clients in developing key job application documents tailored to their chosen field.
  • Lead training sessions on effective job search techniques and interviewing skills.
  • Maintain an updated record of job vacancies and employer collaborations.
  • Monitor local labour market conditions to inform job seekers about opportunities.
  • Liaise with educational institutions for tailored training programs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of job placement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide psychological and practical support to job seekers throughout their job search.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients to engage with their employment journey.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experienced in utilizing CRM software for managing client relationships.
  • Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
  • Interpersonal Skills Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Certified Job Developer
  • Professional Certification in Career Development
  • English (Fluent)
