Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR duties, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Draft job postings and manage the applicant tracking process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Organise training sessions and employee development workshops.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies to staff.
  • Gather and analyse employee feedback to improve HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, with knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
Technical Skills
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in a similar HR role: Prior experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
