Responsibilities
Draft job postings and manage the applicant tracking process.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Organise training sessions and employee development workshops.
Ensure effective communication of HR policies to staff.
Gather and analyse employee feedback to improve HR initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
CIPD certification preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, with knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
