Job Description

As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing HR operations and driving strategic initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency. You will manage HR processes, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations and align with business objectives.
  • Enhance employee experience through innovative HR practices.
  • Conduct compliance checks and mitigate HR-related risks.
  • Build strong relationships with employees to foster trust.
  • Implement employee wellness and support programmes.
  • Regularly assess and report on HR metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR operations with leadership experience
