Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Engagement Specialist to join our HR team in Reading. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace morale. You will collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of inclusivity and motivation among staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of employee engagement strategies and activities.
  • Analyse and present findings from employee feedback to provide actionable insights.
  • Work with communications teams to ensure engagement initiatives are well-promoted.
  • Develop reporting systems to track engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Provide training to managers on engagement best practices.
  • Manage the budget for employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Regularly review and improve current engagement programs based on participant feedback.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity throughout the organisation.
  • Coordinate and deliver team-building activities and workshops.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in employee engagement or similar roles
