Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Manchester. This role will focus on supporting HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
Support onboarding processes and integration for new hires.
Advise management on employee relations and conflict resolution.
Coordinate annual performance reviews and track employee career progression.
Ensure HR practices align with legislation and organizational policies.
Enhance the employee experience through engagement activities.
Manage HR projects and ensure timely delivery.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support business objectives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
CIPD certification is a plus
Experience
3+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and talent acquisition
