Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Broadcast Manager to oversee our operations in Rotherham. You will lead a talented team in the planning and execution of broadcasts, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
Supervise all broadcasting operations to ensure adherence to schedules.
Create engaging and innovative broadcast concepts in line with audience preferences.
Facilitate collaboration among creative teams for content development.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance metrics and viewer feedback.
Assist in developing strategies for enhancing operational efficiency.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure optimal equipment use.
Lead external relationships to enhance collaborative opportunities.
Oversee the hiring and training of new staff within the broadcasting team.
Assess current processes and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness.

Education
Relevent field degree or equivalent experience

5+ years in a managerial role within media or broadcasting
