Job Description

As an HR Generalist based in Luton, you will manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The role requires strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively across teams. You will ensure that HR practices align with business goals and support our employees in their professional journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes.
  • Update job descriptions and job postings as necessary.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that drive strategic goals.
  • Gather and analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferable.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
