Job Description

We're seeking a proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. In this role, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance to help create a positive work environment. You will also be instrumental in developing HR strategies that align with our business objectives while ensuring that our team thrives.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys.
• Implement training programs that align with career development paths.
• Advise on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Manage HR budget and oversee payroll activities.
• Maintain updated HR records and documentation.
• Engage with external partners for recruitment and training.
• Advocate for employee wellness and support initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• CIPD qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a management position
