Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our ambitious team in Bristol. This role focuses on driving cultural transformation, enhancing employee experience, and developing impactful leadership programmes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of organisational dynamics and a passion for shaping strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop organizational development frameworks and models for implementation.
  • Conduct training workshops and coaching sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Assess the impact of HR strategies on employee performance and engagement.
  • Draft reports and presentations for key stakeholders on project outcomes.
  • Facilitate internal communications relating to change management.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform OD strategies.
  • Empower teams through the development of leadership capabilities.
  • Monitor industry best practices and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Support onboarding programmes to embed cultural values from Day 1.
  • Foster partnerships with educational institutions for continued learning opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a consulting role focusing on organizational performance
