Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will oversee a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to foster a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Help create a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement.
  • Support management with performance review and development plans.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Lead the organization of training sessions and workshops.
  • Work with the HR team to analyze employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or similar roles
