Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Design and place job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Provide post-placement support to both clients and new hires.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates to maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the management team.
  • Utilise social media and professional networking platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Participate in industry events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy
