Job Description

As a Training Program Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the HR department by facilitating training sessions, preparing training resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue, materials, and technology.
  • Monitor and report on training budgets and expenses.
  • Create and maintain a training calendar for all programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for training participants, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Assist in developing online training modules and materials.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during training activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in training and development are advantageous
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or training support roles

  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
