As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Recruitment Solutions Ltd., you will play an essential role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. Utilising innovative recruitment strategies, you will engage with candidates and build a talent pipeline to support our rapidly growing client base.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess efficiency.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Stay current with best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Organize candidate assessments and job-related tests.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through proactive recruitment practices.
• Guide candidates through the application process and answer queries.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing

• CIPD Level 7 Diploma in HR Management
