Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR policies and practices and be skilled in handling employee relations, recruitment, and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruitment activities including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Act as the point of contact for all employee queries and concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR documents and employee information.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Assist in employee performance review processes.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
• Work with management to identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• CIPD level 5 is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
