We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to drive HR initiatives and foster a positive work environment in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and liaising with management to align HR practices with business goals. Responsibilities

  • Design HR policies and procedures that drive employee engagement.
  • Manage the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Work with management to develop learning and development strategies.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and employee transition.
  • Lead HR compliance audits and assessments.
  • Prepare and deliver HR training to management and staff.
  • Oversee health and safety policies with regards to workplace standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and recognition across the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is desirable
Experience
  • 7+ years of comprehensive HR experience
