Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives and manage the full spectrum of human resources activities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage employee relations, drive performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and changes in employment legislation.
  • Enhance internal communication strategies to ensure transparency.
  • Develop succession planning strategies for key roles within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
