Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our HR department in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, and performance management. This role requires a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR department in enhancing workplace culture and engagement.
  • Oversee the administration of benefits and compensation programmes.
  • Implement effective talent management strategies.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and policies.
  • Create a feedback loop for employees regarding HR policies.
  • Manage conflict resolution and facilitate mediation sessions.
  • Analyse HR data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with management on change management initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
