Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent. Your analytical skills will be key in assessing market trends and employee needs, ensuring our offerings are both competitive and equitable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation policies and procedures.
  • Research benefit trends and emerging compensation practices.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage compensation budgets effectively.
  • Evaluate market data to recommend salary structures.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual compensation planning.
  • Conduct training sessions on compensation practices for HR staff.
  • Oversee the administration of employee recognition and incentive programmes.
  • Work closely with external vendors to enhance benefits offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Certification in Compensation Management is an asset
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or compensation analysis

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice
