Job Description

As a Learning and Development Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning strategies within HR management. You will design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Create a roadmap for learning and development initiatives that aligns with strategic goals.
  • Utilise feedback from training sessions to continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Promote a culture of lifelong learning within the organisation.
  • Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they meet current standards.
  • Encourage and support initiatives around diversity and inclusion in all training activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in adult education are a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with a focus on employee development
