Job Description
As a Learning and Development Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning strategies within HR management. You will design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Create a roadmap for learning and development initiatives that aligns with strategic goals.
Utilise feedback from training sessions to continuously improve content and delivery.
Promote a culture of lifelong learning within the organisation.
Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they meet current standards.
Encourage and support initiatives around diversity and inclusion in all training activities.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
Additional qualifications in adult education are a plus
Experience
At least 5 years of experience with a focus on employee development
