Job Description

The Social Insurance Administrator will oversee the management and administration of social insurance programs for employees. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will engage with employees, providing support and guidance on social insurance matters while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve current social insurance processes.
  • Respond promptly to employee queries regarding their benefits.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees about social insurance programs.
  • Provide recommendations for policy enhancements based on employee feedback.
  • Support management in strategic planning for employee benefits.
  • Track enrollment and contributions for compliance reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in social insurance administration are advantageous.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social insurance administration.
