Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our growing team in Sheffield. This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organisational strategies.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure an efficient onboarding experience.
• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Facilitate regular training for staff development.
• Monitor employee morale and suggest engagement activities.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Support in compliance audits and maintain necessary documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Postgraduate qualifications in HR are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist capacity
