Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing qualified mentors for our innovative mentoring programme. Your expertise in evaluating candidates will be essential in matching them with mentees effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted recruitment campaigns to source mentors effectively.
  • Utilise social media and online job boards for engaging potential candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate applications to identify top talent.
  • Facilitate mentor orientation and training programmes.
  • Establish and maintain a network of potential mentors through various outreach efforts.
  • Enhance the recruitment process by collaborating with the HR team.
  • Provide mentorship support throughout the mentor's engagement period.
  • Conduct follow-ups with mentors to ensure satisfaction and performance.
  • Foster relationships with educational and non-profit organisations to expand recruiter networks.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management or Business is preferred
Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in recruitment or volunteer program management
