Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our Cardiff team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices, with a proven track record in supporting various HR activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring our HR initiatives align with business strategies while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientations and maintain onboarding processes.
• Evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys.
• Assist with the implementation of wellness programs.
• Coordinate performance review processes and training for managers.
• Support the HR manager in strategic planning and projects.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Manage HR metrics and analyse turnover and retention rates.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote HR initiatives.
• Provide support for payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of diverse HR experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
