Swansea FULL TIME £30,000 - £45,000 / Year

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Policy Advisor to develop, implement, and review HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices. The ideal candidate will be innovative, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of HR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance existing HR policies to align with current legislation.
  • Advise on best practices for policy implementation and compliance.
  • Conduct audits of policy compliance across the organisation.
  • Participate in HR strategy sessions to contribute policy insights.
  • Manage stakeholder communications regarding policy updates and changes.
  • Develop training materials related to new and updated HR policies.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and awareness around HR policies.
  • Support management with complex employee relations matters as they relate to policies.
  • Investigate and resolve policy-related complaints or disputes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and support for policy initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • CIPD Advanced Level qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR policy development

  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
