Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership teams to drive HR initiatives that improve workforce effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on employee-related issues.
• Assess and design talent management strategies to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an equitable workplace.
• Guide clients in developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance HR knowledge within client organizations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• CIPD Level 7 is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in consultancy
