Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist at Learning Solutions Ltd., you will be instrumental in designing and implementing training programs tailored to meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You will work closely with department heads to identify skills gaps and develop training materials that drive performance and career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve the training experience for employees.
  • Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective training delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training and development trends.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and open communication regarding training effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires through training facilitation.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to align training with performance management.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions to create further learning opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Professional Training Certification preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR
