Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our Sheffield team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding potential candidates.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job descriptions for various positions.
• Conduct talent market research to identify potential candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs.
• Perform background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on effective interviewing techniques.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Create candidate reports and provide insights to the HR Manager.
• Work on employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Relevant HR certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment
