Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Process Analyst to join our growing team in Swansea. You will play a key role in optimising our HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude towards driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and report on key HR metrics to evaluate process success.
  • Enhance employee experience by streamlining HR processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve HR service delivery.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Certifications like CIPD are preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role focusing on process improvement
