Job Description

As an HR Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will lead the human resources department, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. You will be responsible for the recruitment process, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support line managers on HR matters and best practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve retention.
  • Implement wellness and health programs for employees.
  • Evaluate HR metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of an employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Engage in succession planning and career progression initiatives.
  • Champion change management initiatives that impact workforce dynamics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources will be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role
