Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Oxford. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring a timely and positive experience for candidates.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities.
  • Assist HR Manager in developing strategies for talent retention and development.
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee records in line with GDPR.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR practices and team dynamics.
  • Assist in managing disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Help facilitate employee training and development opportunities.
  • Review HR policies to ensure they meet the changing needs of the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD Level 5 or above is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years in a human resources generalist position
