Job Description

As an HR Compliance Manager, you'll oversee and ensure our HR policies and practices adhere to legal standards. You will be pivotal in safeguarding our company against compliance risks while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor HR compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend strategies for mitigation.
  • Work closely with legal and HR teams to ensure policy alignment.
  • Develop compliance training programmes for employees.
  • Review and assess existing policies for compliance effectiveness.
  • Assist in investigating compliance violations and disciplinary actions.
  • Report compliance issues to the HR Director and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years in HR compliance or regulatory affairs
