Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for an exciting new opportunity? At Innovative HR Solutions, we seek a proactive individual to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs.
  • Develop employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and conduct benefits orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and address areas for development.
  • Manage training programs, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Investigate employee grievances and develop strategies to address concerns.
  • Create HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with external HR consultants as needed for specialized projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity
