You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement effective recruitment strategies that foster a diverse workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to attract top candidates.
  • Work with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • CIPD Qualified
