Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking analyses and survey assessments.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide training to HR staff on data management tools.
• Support the implementation of HR software and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field

Certifications

• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)

Languages
