Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire HR operations landscape, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that reflect best practices in HR.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to identify and fulfill workforce needs.
  • Enhance the employee experience through targeted engagement initiatives.
  • Provide advice and support to managers on performance management and employee relations.
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Drive compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HR processes.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a resolution-oriented culture.
  • Manage special HR projects aimed at operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD qualification is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR operations or management roles
