Job Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that foster employee engagement and drive business success. You will play a critical role in enhancing workplace culture and supporting talent development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape HR strategies that fit the business culture.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices and support change management.
  • Lead the implementation of employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
  • Develop succession planning strategies for key roles.
  • Support health and wellbeing initiatives within the organisation.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies across departments.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the organisation remains competitive.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide insights into employee turnover and retention strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports for senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or HR management is a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of HR experience in a business partner role
