Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions in Manchester. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute HR policies to support business objectives.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to fill vacancies timely.
  • Manage training and development programs for continuous employee growth.
  • Ensure effective performance appraisal systems are in place.
  • Address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor compliance with legal requirements and promote a safe workplace.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand and meet workforce needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • CIPD certification is highly desirable
