• Assist in developing training and development plans.

• Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.

• Research and implement best practices in HR management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or HR Management
• CIPD Level 5 or above is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles
