Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our Sheffield team. In this role, you will focus on various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your expertise will contribute to making our workplace a great environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide support for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results for improvement.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Assist with disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that foster workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR management is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a variety of settings
