Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist in Leicester who will be instrumental in driving HR practices and supporting workplace initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle recruitment processes, including interviews and selection.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Conduct engagement surveys and analyse results.
Facilitate conflict resolution between employees.
Coordinate and implement training and development programmes.
Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
CIPD Level 7 qualification is a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
