Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist in Leicester who will be instrumental in driving HR practices and supporting workplace initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment processes, including interviews and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and analyse results.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees.
  • Coordinate and implement training and development programmes.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
