Job Description

As an Employee Development Manager at Innovative HR Solutions, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective training and development programs. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify employee training needs and creating tailored solutions that enhance skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement leadership development programs to build future leaders.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform and enhance training effectiveness and retention.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and use results to inform development strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system to ensure accessibility of training materials.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion training to promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree in Training and Development is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in training and development roles
Technical Skills
  • Learning management systems (LMS)
  • Data analysis for training effectiveness

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional
Languages
