Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee our HR functions, enhance employee engagement, and streamline HR processes in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting our talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR operations team in delivering effective HR services.
  • Work with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business plans.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and recommend improvements.
  • Use data analytics to assess staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for employee development.
  • Monitor and report on HR compliance and governance.
  • Engage with employees to solicit feedback and improve HR services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing HR operations with proven results.
