Responsibilities

• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
• Develop strong understanding of clients' industries to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Work with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the agency.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Additional training in recruitment practices is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment agency roles

Certifications

• CIPD Level 7
• Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC)
