Job Description

We are seeking an HR Training Coordinator to lead our training initiatives in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and oversee training programmes to enhance employee skills and facilitate professional growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the identification and onboarding of external training providers.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to gather insights on training programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with other HR functions to align training strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on training initiatives.
  • Implement e-learning solutions to enhance training accessibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR are preferred
