Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to spearhead our employee training initiatives in Leicester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and implementing effective training programs aimed at talent development and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in employee knowledge and performance.
  • Create engaging and interactive training content.
  • Promote learning initiatives and encourage employee participation.
  • Utilize various training modalities, including in-person, online, and blended learning.
  • Facilitate focus groups to gather feedback on training effectiveness.
  • Report training outcomes and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) for training tracking.
  • Enhance the professional development framework for employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Education is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in training and development roles
