Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure a streamlined onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Coordinate training and development activities for employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
