Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our human resources processes. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Your ability to build rapport and foster a positive workplace culture will be crucial to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes and implement effective onboarding strategies.
  • Advise management on HR policies and best practices.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain all necessary paperwork.
  • Facilitate employee training and professional development opportunities.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and other related data.
  • Assist in the formulation of employee engagement strategies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive company culture.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and present findings to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business-related field
  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
