Job Description

We are searching for a proactive HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will implement HR policies, manage staff engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with UK employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Advise and support managers on HR-related issues.
  • Enhance employee engagement through effective communication.
  • Stay updated on employment law changes and best practices.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills.
  • Coordinate employee wellness and health initiatives.
  • Create and maintain employee handbooks and contracts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
