Job Description
We are searching for a proactive HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will implement HR policies, manage staff engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Advise and support managers on HR-related issues.
Enhance employee engagement through effective communication.
Stay updated on employment law changes and best practices.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills.
Coordinate employee wellness and health initiatives.
Create and maintain employee handbooks and contracts.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
CIPD qualification preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in HR management
