Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Personnel Officer to manage our human resources activities including recruitment, employee relations, and training programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws while championing our employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates.
  • Assess employee training needs and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote communication between staff.
  • Provide insights for employees on performance management and career development.
  • Maintain and report on HR metrics to upper management.
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Participate in the establishment of an employee feedback system.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources management
