Job Description

The HR Benefits Specialist is tasked with managing and administering employee benefits programmes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation whilst effectively communicating information to employees. You will provide guidance and support to enhance employee understanding of their benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of employee benefits, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
  • Educate employees about their benefits options through seminars and workshops.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure benefits align with organisational policies.
  • Review and optimise benefits plans based on employee feedback and industry trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports on benefits usage and costs for management review.
  • Provide support during open enrollment periods to assist employees in understanding their options.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration, preferably in a multi-site organisation

Advantageous
